I was planning on writing an entry on the difficulties that come with a new job & learning an entirely new instance of Salesforce, but with all the craziness of my new job, I've run out of time. Shoulda seen that one coming...

I'll be brief & say that while starting anywhere is tough, coming into a role where you can potentially be touching every single aspect of the business process is incredibly overwhelming. You quickly go from being the person that has all the answers to knowing nothing, and it can potentially be very frustrating. The real trick is to rely on what you do know inside and out (the platform), and let all the rest come with time.

To all of us who are starting a new chapter in our Salesforce journeys, I wish us all the best of luck. And to all of my readers, I promise a better post next week. Thanks for bearing with me while I transition!
